-How are the spare parts supplied within the guarantee period?
-We promise 6 months guarantee. We would request customers to purchase a certain quantities of spare parts, we would recommend the easily worn-out spare parts. If any breaks down within the guarantee period, under the condition that the operation is follow our owner manual's instruction, please claim to us in written. We would supply the spare parts free of charge, shipping together with next order or with buyer's cost of the forwarder.
-How do you pack the products? Are they fully assembled? If not, is it difficult to put it together?
-All the packing are packed by good material for secure shipping. It's very easy to put the products together.
-Can I get an exclusive right for your products in some territories?
-It depends on which country you are in. We have some countries that have exclusive agents at this time. Normally, our minimum requirement for an exclusive distributorship would require ordering from us annually .
-After payment, how long will it take to get the products delivered locally, in Europe?
-For customers in the Europe, normally 35 days after your payment reached our account, you can get the products anywhere in the Europe. (15- 20 days for manufacturing, 20 - 30 days for sea shipment and delivery), for USA or Canada, 30 days to west coast, and 35-40days to east coast.
-How do I visit you and the factory?
-You are welcomed to visit our company at your convenience. . Let us know your schedule in details in advance so we can arrange everything for you. Normally you need 2 days for an adequate visit to our factory.
-How can I become a dealer in my area?
-If you have the ability to provide service after sales to your customers and have a good sales net work, you may apply for a dealership. Your current experience in our products or power sports sales will be advantage for you. We choose qualified and reliable companies as long term business partners.
